ACTIVITY RATE definition
ACTIVITY RATE means the prices for the Activities as listed by Providers on the Service, as may be updated from time to time. This amount may include applicable sales, use, value-added and similar taxes that are levied or payable or collectible in connection with the Activities.
ACTIVITY RATE means the prime rate of interest as reported from day to day in The Wall Street Journal as the base rate on corporate loans posted by at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the nation's thirty (30) largest banks plus two percent (2%) per annum. The Activity Rate will be the rate reported on the applicable publication date as determined above, notwithstanding the fact that such reported rate shall be the prime rate for the preceding business day. If such rate is no longer available, then the Activity Rate shall mean the base rate or prime rate of interest of any "Money Center" bank designated by Fann▇▇ ▇▇▇, in its discretion, plus two percent (2%) per annum.
