Activity Planning Assumptions definition

Activity Planning Assumptions means the ratios and/or obligations to be met and satisfied by the Provider in relation to patient flows and activity following initial assessment regarding the Services as identified in Annex 1 to Section 2 of Module B as amended or updated for each Contract Year;
