Activity or Event definition

Activity or Event means an activity or event of CAS, a PTSO or an Affiliated Organization, including a conference, meeting, workshop, teams’ meeting, exhibition, competition, trial or selection event, training camp, and any other activity or event sanctioned or organized by the Organization;
Activity or Event means day to day CAS, PTSO, or Affiliated Organization’s events, activities including conferences, meetings, workshops, teams’ meetings, exhibitions, competitions, trials, or selection events, training camps, and any other events, activities sanctioned or organized by CAS, a PTSO, or Affiliated Organization.
Activity or Event means day to day CAS, BCAS or Affiliated Organization’s events, activities including conferences, meetings, workshops, teams’ meetings, exhibitions, competitions, trials or selection events, training camps and any other events, activities sanctioned or organized by the Organizations.

Examples of Activity or Event in a sentence

  • Predecessor: An Activity or Event that immediately precedes one or more Activities or Events with a direct tie in the Total Project Network.

  • Successor: An Activity or Event that immediately follows one or more Activities or Events with a direct tie in the Total Project Network.

  • Facility or activity means any point source or treatment works treating domestic sewage or any other facility or activity (including land or appurtenances thereto) that is subject to regulation under the VSMP.

  • Emergency Event means any situation arising from sudden and reasonably unforeseen natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire, or other acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of drayage truck owners and operators that threatens public health and safety or the reasonable flow of goods movement.

  • Occurrence means an accident, including continuous or repeated exposure to substantially the same general harmful conditions.

  • Index Cessation Event means an Index Cessation Event as defined in Supplement number 70 to the 2006 ISDA Definitions, as amended or supplemented from time to time, and, for the purposes of these Conditions and the definition of "Index Cessation Event" therein, the "Applicable Rate" as used therein is six-month Sterling LIBOR;

  • Potential Termination Event means an event which but for the lapse of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute a Termination Event.

  • Severe Disruption Event means any event specified as such in the Final Terms.

  • Termination of Services means Participant’s Termination of Consultancy, Termination of Directorship or Termination of Employment, as applicable.

  • Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Involuntary Displacement means the involuntary acquisition of land resulting indirect or indirect economic and social impacts caused by: Loss of benefits from use of such land; relocation or loss of shelter; loss of assets or access to assets; or loss of income sources or means of livelihood, whether or not the Displaced Persons has moved to another location; or not.

  • Terminating Event means any of the following events:

  • Company Termination Event means any of the following:

  • Outside Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(f).

  • Equity Event is the receipt by Borrower on or after the Effective Date of unrestricted net cash proceeds of not less than Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000.00) from the issuance and sale by Borrower of its equity securities, on or before March 31, 2016 and the receipt of evidence thereof by Collateral Agent on or before such date, which evidence must be reasonably acceptable to Collateral Agent.

  • Gross beta particle activity means the total radioactivity due to beta particle emission as inferred from measurements on a dry sample.

  • €STR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent:

  • Good Reason Event means (1) fraud, criminal conduct or willful misconduct by or on the part of the Company, (2) a representation or warranty made by the Company herein proving to be untrue in any material respect, or (3) a default in the due performance or observance by the Company of any covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement and such default continuing unremedied for a period of 30 days after written notice thereof to the Company by the Dealer Manager.

  • Commitment Termination Event means the earlier of (a) automatically and without notice or further action, the occurrence of any Event of Default described in Section 7.01(i) (Bankruptcy, Insolvency, etc.) with respect to the Borrower and (b) the occurrence and continuation of any other Event of Default under this Agreement pursuant to which either a Commitment Termination Event has been expressly declared or a declaration of the Loan to be due and payable has been given, in each case pursuant to Section 7.03 (Action if other Event of Default).

  • Co-curricular activity means an activity, course, or program that:

  • Health facility or agency means that term as defined in section 20106 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20106.

  • Dissolution Event means (i) a voluntary termination of operations, (ii) a general assignment for the benefit of the Company’s creditors or (iii) any other liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company (excluding a Liquidity Event), whether voluntary or involuntary.

  • Criminal street gang-related offense means any felony or

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Constructive Termination means:

  • Termination Fee Event has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.2(2).

  • Felony Conviction means a conviction within the preceding 24 months of a felony criminal violation under any Federal law and includes conviction of an offense defined in a section of the United States Code that specifically classifies the offense as a felony and conviction of an offense that is classified as a felony under 18 U.S.C. 3559.
