Activity Bonus definition

Activity Bonus means the amount calculated as a percentage of the Service Fee that is paid to You either as a discount on reseller business or directly for direct sales as defined in Section 4 after the Commission period has expired

Examples of Activity Bonus in a sentence

  • You are not eligible for a Referral fee for a Customer if you receive a Commission or Activity Bonus for that Customer.

  • For the purposes of calculating the Commission and Activity Bonus the latter shall take precedent.
