Actively Promoting means drawing attention to a sponsor via intentional conduct, which includes but is not limited to: (i) verbally mentioning a sponsor during Grandmasters activities;
Actively Promoting means the proactive promotion of a Google Application on any Device as a key value proposition of the device, including point of sale promotion, media advertising, and general consumer-focused promotion of Google Applications or Google services on any Device. Google understands and agrees that the Launch Addendums are Confidential Information of Company and extremely sensitive information and as a result agrees that the Launch Addendums shall only be disclosed to those employees with a need to know such information for capacity planning and risk assessment and mitigation purposes.
Actively Promoting means drawing attention to a sponsor via intentional conduct, which includes but is not limited to: (i) verbally mentioning a sponsor during Grandmasters activities; (ii) pointing or otherwise gesturing in the direction of a sponsored logo on your clothing or otherwise; (iii) consuming a sponsored food or beverage while on camera during a Grandmasters broadcast or official interview; and (iv) displaying a sponsored logo, product, or material in the background or foreground of online video feeds which are incorporated into a Grandmasters broadcast (e.g., displaying a sponsored beverage, poster, or sponsor-branded refrigerator in the shot).

More Definitions of Actively Promoting

Actively Promoting means all forms of advertising and promotion for new customers that can reasonably be restricted to a Zip Code, including, but not limited to, direct mailings, door leaflets, telephone solicitation, local newspapers, and localized signs. Among the purposes of this restriction are the following: (a) to insure that Franchisee will promote the V2K business within his Area of Primary Responsibility; and (b) to prevent confusion in the market place among V2K franchisees soliciting the same customers and advertising in the same markets. V2K and other franchisees of V2K are subject to restrictions on Actively Promoting their businesses in Franchisee's Area of Primary Responsibility. However, except as expressly provided in this provision, Franchisee does not receive an exclusive or protected territory. Either V2K or another franchisee of V2K may engage in all other types of advertising, promotion and sales activity in Franchisee's Area of Primary Responsibility.
