Actively Monitored definition

Actively Monitored means frequently observed. The term is used to describe the amount of oversight or supervision required for a subject individual who is on probation, and who is not yet determined to be “fit.” The person providing oversight must be someone who is already determined to be fit and who is in the facility or residence.
