Actively looking for work means having taken any of the following steps in the four weeks be- fore the interview: checking with a public or pri- vate employment agency; with unions or employ- ers directly, or with friends and relatives; placing or answering an advertisement; looking at job ad- vertisements, etc.

  • Supply of services means any transaction which does not constitute a supply of goods.

  • Similar work mentioned above means the following:

  • Actively at Work and "active work" means actually performing on a Full- time basis each and every duty pertaining to your job in the place where and the manner in which the job is normally performed. This includes approved time off such as vacation, jury duty and funeral leave, but does not include time off as a result of injury or illness.

  • Booking Form means the booking form you completed setting out details of your order in respect of the Event;

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.
