Active Parent Employee definition
Active Parent Employee means any individual who performs services for ---------------------- the Parent and who is designated on the records of the Parent as an employee (including individuals providing services for ETrans, GTrans, Gen and Newco) on the Spin-Off Date, including any other individual who is designated by both PG&E and Parent as an employee of Parent beginning on or before the Spin-Off Date.
