Active Facility definition

Active Facility means a Facility providing Flexibility Services at any given time as declared by the Provider in the Performance Report;
Active Facility means a Facility that has planted, cultivated and harvested at least one or more marijuana crops, in a total quantity equal to or greater (cumulatively) than twenty five percent (25%) of the maximum number of plants allowed under the State MED license, at least once during the prior licensing period. An “Inactive Facility” is one that is NOT an Active Facility during the prior licensing period.
Active Facility means an Activated Customer facility that is subject to a Letter of Authorization issued by such Activated Customer.

Examples of Active Facility in a sentence

  • Upon Seller's completion of any drilling or installation of any equipment to perform Remedial Action Work at any Active Facility, Seller shall restore the surrounding surface of such Active Facility affected by such drilling or installation to substantially the same condition which existed prior to such drilling or installation.

  • On Purchaser's reasonable request, Seller shall assist Purchaser in explaining such information to any lender or insurer of Purchaser or to any prospective purchaser of an Active Facility.

  • On Seller's request and at Seller's cost, Purchaser will record in the appropriate governmental records any declaration or agreement of restrictive covenant to impose use restrictions necessary to implement an Exposure Restriction required by Remedial Action Work at any Active Facility.

  • Promptly upon Seller's completion of Remedial Action Work at any Active Facility, and to the extent permitted by Environmental Law, Seller shall decommission all monitoring wells and remove all equipment installed by Seller to perform such Rem▇▇▇▇▇ Action Work, and restore the surface of the Active Facility to substantially the same condition which existed immediately prior to such removal.

  • Marketplace Partner will pay PointClickCare the fees set forth in Appendix A for each Active Facility in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Without prejudice to the generality of Clauses 6.1 and 6.2, for the purpose of monitoring the amount of Flexibility Services delivered from a Flexible Unit, the Provider shall include minute by minute data associated with each Active Facility covering a period of time satisfactory to the Company in the Performance Report.

Active Facility or “active electric utilities” or “independent power producers” means “any facility subject to the requirements of this subpart that is in operation on October 19, 2015. An electric utility or independent power producer is in operation if it is generating electricity that is provided to electric power transmission systems or to electric power distribution systems on or after October 19, 2015.” 40 C.F.R. § 257.53.
