  • Such license shall be subject always to the Active End User Ceiling as further detailed in this Schedule.

  • Where Customer has upgraded the authorized Active End User Ceiling, RSA will invoice Customer the adjusted Maintenance Services fees on a pro- rata basis for the Maintenance Services year then in progress on the date of such upgrade in a Quote.
