Digital Display Area definition

Digital Display Area means the portion of the Digital Freeway Billboard that consists of the digital display areas used for general commercial advertising. The Digital Display Area is more particularly described in Schedule 1, Exhibit B-2.
Digital Display Area means the area of Signage comprising of digital technology (including but not limited to light emitting diode technology) in a screen configuration used, intended to be used or otherwise set aside for the display of advertisements or other signs, notices, content, devices or representations.

  • Play area means an area of frequent soil contact by children of less than six years of age as indicated by, but not limited to, factors including the following: the presence of play equipment (sandboxes, swing sets, and sliding boards), toys, or other children’s possessions, observations of play patterns, or information provided by parents, residents, caregivers, or property owners.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the Ohio Revised Code to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to section 3770.21 of the Ohio Revised Code.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.
