Active Card definition

Active Card shall be as defined as set forth in Schedule A.
Active Card is defined as a card that has performed a transaction <=30 days or a non zero balance.
Active Card means, as determined at any particular time, a Card that that has been utilized for a Permissible Transaction by the Cardholder during the current and prior statement cycles or prior sixty (60) calendar days, whichever is longer.

Examples of Active Card in a sentence

  • An Active Card shall be defined as a bankcard has enough funds available to cover the monthly service charge.

  • An Active Card is defined as where one transaction on POS terminal / Ecommerce / ATM terminal has been carried out in last 180 days from the date of loss.

  • Net2Phone's liability shall be limited to a refund of the Net Value of the Active Card only for services interruptions caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Net2Phone.

  • During the Reconciliation Period and provided there has not been an early termination of this Agreement pursuant to paragraph 5.1, Net2Phone shall: (a) continue to provide all services for the Active Cards; (b) not increase the rates and/or fees associated with the Active Cards without the prior written consent of UTA; and (c) not expire or cause to be expired any Active Card even if it has an earlier expiration date.


More Definitions of Active Card

Active Card means any Card with a positive balance and with respect to which a Transaction occurred during the prior calendar month, which excludes any transaction in which the balance is changed merely by the application of a fee (e.g., ATM decline, POS decline, or balance inquiry).
