Active Card definition

Active Card is defined as a card that has performed a transaction <=30 days or a non zero balance.
Active Card shall be as defined as set forth in Schedule A.
Active Card means, as determined at any particular time, a Card that that has been utilized for a Permissible Transaction by the Cardholder during the current and prior statement cycles or prior sixty (60) calendar days, whichever is longer.

Active Card means any Card with a positive balance and with respect to which a Transaction occurred during the prior calendar month, which excludes any transaction in which the balance is changed merely by the application of a fee (e.g., ATM decline, POS decline, or balance inquiry).
