Active Affiliate definition

Active Affiliate means an Affiliate responsible for at least an aggregate of [***] Affiliate Pageviews or who is responsible for at least one Qualifying Transaction. GeoCities shall be entitled only to one Active Affiliate Fee per Active Affiliate during the term of this Agreement. Merchant shall make Active Affiliate Fee payments to GeoCities on a quarterly basis.
