Activating the Card. The Card has no value and cannot be used until it is activated by you. Use of the Card: You are solely and completely responsible for the possession, use and control of the Card. If we determine that you have obtained or used the Card fraudulently, or contrary to the terms of this Agreement, you agree that you must surrender the Card to us immediately upon request by us. The Card may not be used for any illegal transactions or purposes. If you authorize another person to use the Card you agree, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, that you will be liable for all transactions arising from use of the Card by such person. To use the Card (once it has been activated), simply present the Card at the time of payment and, if prompted, sign the receipt with the same signature you used when you signed the Card. You should retain the receipt as a record of the transaction. As you use the Card, the Card’s Balance will be reduced by the full amount of each purchase including taxes. We recommend that you write down the Card number, the three (3) digit security code printed on the back of your Card and the customer service number in case the Card is lost or stolen. You agree that we are not required to verify the signature on any sales draft prepared in connection with a transaction on your Card and we may authorize and process a transaction even if the signature on the sales draft is different than the signature on your Card. You do not have the right to stop the payment of any transaction you conduct with the Card. We are not liable to you for declining authorization for any particular transaction, regardless of our reason. You agree that you will not use the Card at any non-participating or unauthorized locations. You agree that a purchase made by you may not be authorized or settled by us unless it complies with this Agreement. Information about Balance: It is your responsibility to keep track of the Balance remaining on your Card. To obtain the current Balance amount, request information on previous transactions, or for customer service, you may call us at any time using the toll-free customer service number at 0-000-000-0000, as shown on the back of your Card, or by visiting the Website. Your Card Balance will reflect all transactions that have been posted to our system.   • Communications service provider means a service provider that provides broadband service.

  • Telecommunications service provider means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, supra, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunications Service Provider" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Communications services means any service provided for the purpose of transmission of information including, but not limited to, voice, video, or data, without regard to the transmission protocol employed, whether or not the transmission medium is owned by the provider itself and whether or not the transmission medium is wireline. Communications service includes all forms of telephone services and voice, video, data or information transport, but does not include: (1) cable service; (2) open video system service, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 76; (3) private communications system services provided without using the public rights of way or private communications system services that use the public rights of way without imposing any additional burden on the public rights of way; (4) over-the-air radio or television broadcasting to the public-at-large from facilities licensed by the Federal Communications Commission or any successor thereto; and (5) direct-to-home satellite service within the meaning of Section 602 of the Telecommunications Act.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.

  • Communications service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 911 system by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the system exclusively through the digits 911 by means of a local telephone device or wireless communications device.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability.   • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.
