Action Program definition

Action Program means the Borrower’s Health Sector Policies and Cost Containment Action Program agreed between the Borrower and the Bank dated June 16, 1992;
Action Program means the Primary Education Action Program referred to in Section 3.02 of this Agreement;

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Remedial Action Plan has the meaning provided in Section 3.9(c)(ii).
