Action Minutes definition

Action Minutes. A record of the deliberations and actions occurring at an ACCG, or Group appointed work group. Action minutes do not attempt to transcribe discussion but to record topics discussed, a summary of items/ideas/issues raised in the discussion, and the action taken.

Examples of Action Minutes in a sentence

  • The Clerk shall prepare and distribute Summary Action Minutes of meetings.

  • Prepare the Summary Action Minutes after each meeting and schedule for Trust approval at their next scheduled meeting.

  • Distribute the approved Summary Action Minutes to the Trust members and make available for review to the general public.
