Action Item 3. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of OCR’s approval of the District’s procedures as described in Item 2 of this Agreement, the District will: (a) begin implementing the procedure; (b) publish the procedures on the WMSD website; and (c) provide written notice to all WMSD teachers and staff of the procedure. Reporting Requirement 3: Within ten (10) calendar days of publishing the procedures, as described in Item 2, the District will submit to OCR documentation evidencing satisfaction of the requirements in Item 3 of the Agreement.

Action Item 3. With respect to parents/guardians who elect to have the District review the student’s need for compensatory services at the student’s next scheduled CSE meeting during school year 2013- 2014, the District will determine during the student’s next scheduled CSE meeting whether the student requires any compensatory services because the student was unable to attend school on May 24, 2013, as a result of the District’s failure to provide transportation services. If the CSE determines that a student requires compensatory services, the group will develop a plan for providing those services; with a completion date for providing the services not to extend beyond June 30, 2014.

Action Item 3. By the last business day preceding the commencement of school year 2015-2016, the District will ensure that all appropriate staff (including bus drivers) have received copies of ECPs and DMMPs for each student with a disability whose Section 504 Plan or IEP for school year 2015- 2016 require the review of such documents; and, that these documents are reviewed with these staff members. Any additional relevant staff that are newly assigned to one of these students after such date, will receive the appropriate review within ten (10) days of assignment.
Action Item 3. Training to Staff Within ninety (90) calendar days after the District’s receipt of OCR’s approval of the new grievance procedure, the District will provide training regarding the prohibitions against disability harassment and discrimination (other protected bases may also be included in this training) to all faculty, staff and administrators within the District. The training will include instruction regarding the following: (a) the requirements of Section 504, including that disability harassment and discrimination is prohibited and will not be tolerated; (b) what types of conduct constitutes such harassment and discrimination; (c) the negative impact that such harassment and discrimination has on the educational environment; (d) how faculty, staff and administrators are expected to respond to such harassment and discrimination that they experience or witness, or of which they otherwise know, including the reporting avenues available; (e) the responsibility of faculty, staff and administrators to report incidents of possible harassment and discrimination, and the procedures for doing so; and (f) where, how, and to whom instances of disability harassment and discrimination are to be reported.

The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. For the avoidance of doubt, “Cause of Action” includes: (a) any right of setoff, counterclaim, or recoupment and any claim for breach of contract or for breach of duties imposed by law or in equity; (b) the right to object to Claims or Interests; (c) any Claim pursuant to section 362 or chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code; (d) any claim or defense including fraud, mistake, duress, and usury; and any other defenses set forth in section 558 of the Bankruptcy Code; and (e) any state or foreign law fraudulent transfer or similar claim.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Investigative information means information, records, and documents received or generated by a physical therapy licensing board pursuant to an investigation.

  • Individual subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Insurance Schedule means Schedule 3 attached hereto.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Corrective Action Plan has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
