Acting Trustee definition

Acting Trustee means the natural person acting as Trustee before the Organizational Trust Agreement was amended on May 7, 2010.

  • An Acting Trustee shall hold office only until expiration of the term or, if earlier, the next meeting or referendum of the Membership, at which meeting or referendum either a Trustee shall be elected to complete the unexpired term in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII, or the Board may declare the Trusteeship to be vacant.
