ACT System definition

ACT System means the Appraisal & Collection Technologies Code Enforcement Lien System, developed by ACT.
ACT System or “System” means the Appraisal and Collection Technologies Tax Collection System, developed by ACT for use by a current tax office (software and hardware) including all upgrades and modifications. The ACT System Service Components are listed in Section L.

  • User requested system alterations: All requests by Customer for modifications, enhancements or other changes to the ACT System (as defined in the Service and Support Level Specification Agreement attached to the Agreement as Exhibit B (the “SSLSA”)) shall be evaluated by ACT and processed in accordance with the Change Control Procedures set forth at Schedule C of the SSLSA.

  • In the ACT System, individual behavior is accountable, group behavior is collaborative, and corporate behavior synthesizes both of those with appropriate transparency.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ System means the ▇▇▇▇▇ filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).
