Act Part 7 definition

Act Part 7 or “the statute” shall mean Part 7, Article 75 of Title 24 of the Colorado Revised statutes as heretofore amended, and as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • The Employer will grant maternity and parental leave without pay, in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, Part 7.

Related to Act Part 7

  • Eligible Contract Participant means an “eligible contract participant” as defined in the CEA and regulations thereunder.

  • Distinct part means a clearly identifiable area or section within a health care facility, consisting of at least a residential unit, wing, floor, or building containing contiguous rooms.

  • Foreign Corrupt Practices Act means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended.

  • ECP means an “eligible contract participant” as defined in Section 1(a)(18) of the Commodity Exchange Act or any regulations promulgated thereunder and the applicable rules issued by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and/or the SEC.

  • Specific contract participation goals means the goals as stipulated in the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2001. In addition to above-mentioned goals, the Regulations [12. (1)] also make provision for organs of State to give particular consideration to procuring locally manufactured products.
