ACT Materials definition

ACT Materials means the Assessments, including, without limitation, written or electronic, all testing materials, documentation, manuals, and any other related materials, the Website, including all data and materials available through the Website, as well as any updates or modifications and all intellectual property rights in the ACT Materials.

  • Customer shall not copy, modify, enhance, reverse engineer, or make any addition to the ACT Materials.
