Acquittee definition

Acquittee means any person found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect pursuant to section 53a-13;
Acquittee means any person who is found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect pursuant to Section 53a-13 of the General Statutes and placed under the jurisdiction of the PSRB by the Court, or any person who was found not guilty by mental disease or defect, or guilty but not criminally responsible, pursuant to Section 53a-13 of the General Statutes and who, on July 1, 1985, was subject to Court supervision pursuant to Section 53a-47 of the General Statutes.
