Acquisition Relationship means the relationship among G&L, PGI, DTA, Dominion and Dominion's direct and indirect Subsidiaries as a result of the Acquisition Agreement, the Operating Agreement and the undertaking of such parties to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
