Acquisition Conveyance definition

Acquisition Conveyance means the conveyance of the Site by Original Site Owner or Developer to City.

  • Insurance policies for fire or casualty are not to be transferred, and Original Site Owner will cancel its own policies after the Acquisition Conveyance.
