Acquisition Activities means any and all activities performed by the City Entities in connection with the acquisition of the DOT Parcels, the Private Parcels and the Triangle and the conveyance of all parcels by and to the City Entities.

Examples of Acquisition Activities in a sentence

  • BTS Company shall bear all costs associated with Site Acquisition Activities and all costs associated with the due diligence investigation, zoning, and permitting of such Site.

  • Merge or consolidate, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to merge or consolidate, with or into any other business organization, or acquire, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to acquire, all or substantially all of the capital stock or property of another Person (collectively, "Merger and Acquisition Activities").

  • Except as provided in the following sentence and in Section 3.6(g) hereof, LXP or the Asset Manager (as the case may be) shall be liable for all costs and expenses arising in connection with the identification or evaluation of, the bidding on and the structuring and negotiation of the acquisition or attempted acquisition of, any Proposed Tranche II Property or Approved Tranche II Property or the making of any Tranche II LSL Loan (such activities, the "Acquisition Activities").
