Acquirer Fee definition

Acquirer Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.2.

Examples of Acquirer Fee in a sentence

  • We may, in our sole discretion elect to waive this fee and instead assess to you the following fees as pass-through fees (which may be as an allocation): (i) the Visa Fixed Acquirer Network Fee (“FANF”); (ii) the MasterCard Acquirer Fee; (iii) the Discover Access Fee (which may be labeled as the Discover Data Usage Fee); and (iv) American Express Access Fee.

  • Processor and Merchant acknowledge and agree the Visa Fixed Acquirer Network Fee (“FANF”) and the MasterCard Acquirer Fee will be billed as direct pass thru to the Merchant.

  • On International transactions Merchants may be charged a rate of up to 0.55% for Visa’s International Acquirer Fee, Maestro U.S. and MasterCard’s Acquirer Program Support Fee and Discover’s International Service Fee and International Processing Fee.

  • We may, in our sole discretion elect to waive this fee and instead assess to you MasterCard Acquirer Fee as a pass-through fee (which may be as an allocation).

  • If ”Pass Through” is selected we will assess you the Network and Processor Access Fee as pass- through (which may be as an allocation) of: (i) the Visa Fixed Acquirer Network Fee (“FANF”); (ii) the MasterCard Acquirer Fee; (iii) the Discover Access Fee (which may be labeled as the Discover Data Usage Fee); and (iv) the American Express Access Fee.
