Definition applies to Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) and Alternate COR (ACOR).
These alternate surveillance support personnel may serve as on-site representatives of the COR in performance of actual contract surveillance, if they meet all COR training and experience requirements and are appointed by the contracting officer as Alternate CORs (ACOR).
