ACOP Service definition

ACOP Service means the automated client order processing service to be provided by PCL to the Client in accordance with the Automated Client Order Processing Terms and Conditions in this document under which the Client is able to enter Orders directly into the Trading Platform relating to Traded Products.
ACOP Service means the automated client order processing service to be provided by PhillipCapital to the Client in accordance with the Automated Client Order Processing Terms and Conditions in this document under which the Client is able to enter Orders directly into the Trading Platform relating to Traded Products.

Examples of ACOP Service in a sentence

  • No person other than an Authorised Person may at any time submit an Order for the Client (whether as principal or as agent for the Client) through the ACOP Service using the Security Information provided by PCL to the Client.

  • You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the ACOP Service and the DMA trading platform and the components thereof are owned by PCL or are procured by PCL for the use of the Client and nothing in these Terms and Conditions confers any right of ownership, transfer or ownership to, or other right to the intellectual property in the Client.

  • PCL may in its discretion at any time, limit the number of Authorised Persons who are permitted to submit Orders for the Client through the ACOP Service.

  • In order for the PPA to approve this Agreement, the ACF must have issued 30 days’ notice to their previous QUM or Aged Care On-site Pharmacist (ACOP) Service Provider where applicable.

  • The Client must not authorize, allow or permit any person other than an Authorised Person to access or use the ACOP Service using the Security Information.

  • The ACF was previously participating in the QUM Program and notice has been provided to the previous QUM Service Provider The ACF was previously participating in the ACOP Measure and notice has been provided to the ACOP Service Provider The ACF was previously participating in Tier 2 of the ACOP Measure and notice of cessation of the ACOP(s) engagement has been provided.
