Acknowledgement required definition
Acknowledgement required means that MPR requires the Vendor to notify MPR either orally or in writing as to whether the Vendor accepts the PO. If the Vendor does not notify MPR either orally or in writing, the Vendor's acceptance may be implied by conduct.
