Acknowledgement and Confirmation means an Acknowl edgement and Confirmation Agreement dated as of the Effective Date, substantially in the form of Exhibit X hereto, pursuant to which each Guarantor shall acknowledge and confirm that its obligations under the Guaranties and the Collateral Documents to which it is a party shall continue to guaranty or secure, as the case may be, the Obligations of Company hereunder, as such Acknowledgement and Confirmation Agreement may hereafter be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
