Acknowledged Change definition

Acknowledged Change means a request for change received by Orange Change Management Desk that has been acknowledged to Customer that the request is clear and has all the necessary information to process it.

Examples of Acknowledged Change in a sentence

  • A minimum of ten (10) Acknowledged Change requests needs to be collected and accumulated within one single Measurement Period in order to have a representative sample for valid computation of RFTR Service Level.

  • If there is a RFTR Service Level failure in one Month, and if in such Month the number of Acknowledged Change requests is below the aforementioned minimum threshold, such failure shall not give rise to any service credit, and the RFTR Service Level shall be re-calculated with the next ten (10) Acknowledged Change requests, if any, which are made in a subsequent single Measurement Period.

  • The RFTR Service Level shall be re-calculated with the next ten (10) Acknowledged Change requests, if any, which are made in a subsequent single Measurement Period.

  • If the RFTR Service Level is lower than 90%, subject to all conditions and exclusions set forth in Clause 1.6 and in this Clause 1.4, Customer is entitled to receive a service credit of 25 Euro per failed Acknowledged Change, up to a maximum of 500 Euro per Measurement Period.

  • If there is a RFTR Service Level failure in one Month, and if in such Month the number of Acknowledged Change requests is below the aforementioned minimum threshold, no calculation shall be made.

  • The RFTR Service Level shall be calculated only for those Months in which there are a minimum of ten (10) Acknowledged Change requests in order to have a representative sample for valid computation of RFTR Service Level.

  • If the RFTR Service Level is lower than 90%, subject to all conditions and exclusions set forth in Clause 1.5 and in this Clause 1.4, Customer is entitled to receive a service credit of 25 Euro per failed Acknowledged Change, up to a maximum of 500 Euro per Measurement Period.

  • Acknowledged father means a man who has established a father- child relationship by:

  • That (a) subject to paragraph 5B(b), the exercise by the Directors during the Relevant Period of all the powers of the Company to repurchase its own shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) or on any other stock exchange on which the securities of the Company may be listed and recognized by the Securities and Futures Commission and the Stock Exchange for this purpose, subject to and in accordance with all applicable laws and requirements of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange or of any other stock exchange on which the securities of the Company may be listed as amended from time to time, be and is hereby generally and unconditionally approved; (b) the aggregate nominal amount of shares of the Company to be repurchased by the Company pursuant to the approval mentioned in paragraph 5B(a) during the Relevant Period shall not exceed 10% of the aggregate nominal amount of the share capital of the Company in issue on the date of passing of this resolution and the said approval shall be limited accordingly; and (c) the expression “Relevant Period” shall for the purposes of this resolution have the same meaning as assigned to it under ordinary resolution 5A(d) of this notice.”

  • Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.
