ACICS means Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, and all of its past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, servants, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, shareholders, and all other persons, partnerships, or corporations with whom the former have been, or are now, affiliated and the predecessors, successors, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of each of the foregoing.
