ACIAR definition

ACIAR means the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research. ‘ACC’ means the ACIAR Consultative Committee. ‘the Agreement’ means the ACIAR Enterprise Agreement 2022-2025. ‘Bandwidth’ means the span of hours during which an employee may work ordinary hours. ‘Broadband’ refers to 2 or more classifications grouped together in ACIAR (e.g. APS 1-3, APS 4-6, etc), which enables the advancement of employees between classifications in that broadband provided they meet assessment requirements and provided work is available and required by management at that level. ‘Casual employee’ means a person who commences employment with ACIAR as a result of acceptance of an offer of employment in accordance with section 22(2)(c) of the Public Service ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and section 15A(1)

  • Where ACIAR approves subcontracting, either as part of the initial approved SRA Document or as a result of a subsequent request by the Commissioned Agent to vary the Project, the Commissioned Agent shall comply with any terms imposed by ACIAR.

  • The Commissioned Agent shall, if so requested by ACIAR, provide replacement personnel acceptable to ACIAR at no additional charge and at the earliest opportunity.
