Achromatic Color definition
Achromatic Color means colorless, zero in saturation, or lacking in hue; for purposes of this Article, the definition of achromatic shall include, without limitation, white, black, grays, tans, and light earth tones, but any bold, vivid, neon, flourescent, or extreme coloration that attracts attention shall be excluded from the definition of achromatic.
