ACHM definition

ACHM means Asociación Chilena de Municipalidades, the Association of Municipalities of Chile established in accordance with the provisions of title VI of the Borrower’s Law No. 18.695 (Ley N° 18.695-Ley Orgánica de Municipalidades) duly published in the official gazette on March 31, 1988, as said law has been amended to the date of this Agreement.

  • Lessee represents and warrants that no part of its Tenant Improvements will contain ACHM in violation of Applicable Requirements in effect at the time of such construction.
