Achievement Factor definition

Achievement Factor means the percentage to be used in determining a Participant's deferred cash incentive Award for achieving a specified percentage of the pre-established Performance Objectives.
Achievement Factor means each of the TSR Achievement Factor and the Overall ACL Achievement Factor.
Achievement Factor for a Performance Period means the average of the TSR Achievement Factor and the ACL Achievement Factor for such Performance Period.

  • The TSR Modifier will reduce the Achievement Factor by 10 percentage points if the Company ranks in the bottom quartile.

  • If the Company in the bottom quartile, the Achievement Factor will be reduced by 15 percentage points.
