  • You may cancel your ACH Origination Service at any time by providing us with written notice.

  • The ACH Origination Service may be reinstated, at our sole discretion, once sufficient funds are available to cover any fees, pending transfers, and debits.

  • You agree that we can terminate or limit your access to the ACH Origination Service for any of the following reasons without prior notice: ● If you have insufficient funds in your Account.

  • We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your ACH Origination Service privileges for any violation of this section.
