  • The Company and the Representatives shall immediately terminate all discussions and negotiations with any person (other than ACGL or its representatives) concerning any such transaction and shall promptly communicate to ACGL any inquiries or communications concerning any such transaction which the Company or the Representatives may receive or of which the Company or the Representatives may become aware.
