Service User means the person directly receiving the Services provided by the Provider as specified in the Service Specifications and includes their Carer and Legal Guardian where appropriate Service Quality Performance Report means a report as described in Appendix J (Service Quality Performance Report)
Service Users has the same meaning as defined in the Service Agreement (Part A) – Standard Terms of Funding.
We/Us means The Unlimited Group (Pty) Limited acting on its own behalf or on behalf of the insurer. We provide intermediary and binder services in respect of this policy.
payment service user means a natural or legal person making use of a payment service in the capacity of either payer or payee, or both;
Office use means a building housing a commercial use.
Existing Term Loan Agreement means that certain Term Loan Agreement dated as of September 29, 2016 among the Borrower, the Parent, the other guarantors party thereto, the lenders party thereto and PNC Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, as the same has been or may hereafter be, amended or otherwise modified, together with any replacement or successor term loan facility that Borrower may enter into (including without limitation, any amendment and restatement of the Term Loan Agreement referred to above).
Ultimate user means a person who lawfully possesses a

Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.
Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.
Existing Term Loan Credit Agreement means the Term Loan Credit Agreement, dated as of August 30, 2012, among the Borrower, Credit Suisse, as administrative agent, and the various lenders and agents party thereto from time to time.
General-use hand or body cleaner or soap means a cleaner or soap designed to be used routinely on the skin to clean or remove typical or common dirt and soils. “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap” includes, but is not limited to, hand or body washes, dual-purpose shampoo-body cleaners, shower or bath gels, and moisturizing cleaners or soaps. “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap” does not include prescription drug products, “Antimicrobial Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Astringent/Toner,” “Facial Cleaner or Soap,” “Hand Dishwashing Detergent” (including antimicrobial), “Heavy-duty Hand Cleaner or Soap,” “Medicated Astringent/Medicated Toner,” or “Rubbing Alcohol.”
Existing Term Loan Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(a).
Personal use means for the private use of the individual
Exit Facility Term Sheet means the Exit Facility Term Sheet attached as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit B of the Restructuring Support Agreement.
Customer Usage Information means information regarding the historical electricity consumption of a Customer;
Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;
Substance use disorder means a cluster of cognitive,
Restructuring Term Sheet means the term sheet attached as Exhibit A to the Restructuring Support Agreement.
Home use means use in a household or its immediate environment.
Existing Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
ABS Term Sheets shall have the meanings given such terms in the Xxxxxx/PSA Letters, but shall include only those Computational Materials that have been prepared or delivered to prospective investors by or at the direction of an Underwriter.
Existing Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
Residential use means the use in or around a home, apartment building, sleeping quarters, and similar facilities or accommodations.
