ACE Contracts definition
ACE Contracts means Contracts conveyed by the ACE Trust to the Depositor pursuant to the ACE Assignment, as listed in the Schedule of Contracts attached to the ACE Assignment.

Related to ACE Contracts
Service Contracts means contracts or agreements, such as maintenance, supply, service or utility contracts.
Assumed Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
Assigned Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).
Seller Contracts means all contracts or agreements to which Seller is a party or to which any of its material assets are bound.
Insurance Contracts means the insurance or annuity policies and contracts, together with all binders, slips, certificates, endorsements and riders thereto, issued or entered into by any Insurance Company prior to the Closing.
