Ace Agreement definition
Ace Agreement means the terms of an agreement between ACE and the British Library pursuant to an offer letter of 19 April 2021, as more particularly annexed at Schedule 8 to this Grant Funding Agreement.
Ace Agreement means the Loan and Security Agreement dated the date hereof between Ace and Lender, as amended, modified, supplemented and restated from time to time.
