If such third party manufacturers provide a separate warranty with respect to the Third Party Product, ACDI Energy Services will include such warranty in the packaging of the Station.
NEGLIGENCE OR ABUSE: Lessee agrees to be responsible for any damage to JUMP CITY LLC equipment, if damage is incurred while the equipment is in the possession of the Lessee.
Owner assumes risk of any shipping related loss or damage before receipt at ACDI Energy Services.
