AccuMed Software definition
AccuMed Software means AccuMed's pre-existing and later-developed software, tools, modules, products, and related documentation, and any updates made thereto, in both object code and source code form including but not limited to related Source Code owned by AccuMed. AccuMed Software includes, but is not limited to, any AccuMed software or data incorporated into any Software Products or other deliverables provided to Ventana under this Agreement.
Examples of AccuMed Software in a sentence
Each Manufactured Product will be delivered with the AccuMed Software and/or Software Products as specified in Ventana's sole discretion.
Any AccuMed modifications or improvements to the AccuMed Software or Imaging System made before the termination of this Agreement shall be included in the licenses of this Article 2 without additional charge to Ventana.
