Accrued Entitlement definition
Accrued Entitlement means a complete entitlement to 13 weeks long service leave after serving a continuous qualifying period.
Accrued Entitlement means the Executive’s annual holiday entitlement (in days) multiplied by the proportion of the holiday year during which the Executive has been employed by the Company;
Accrued Entitlement means the attendance sum that a child has accrued and is entitled to be paid subject to meeting the eligibility requirements set out in this Act;

In addition to the Accrued Entitlement, the Executive may take additional paid vacation in his/her discretion.

More Definitions of Accrued Entitlement
Accrued Entitlement means the Employee’s annual holiday entitlement (in days) multiplied by the proportion of the holiday year during which the Employee has been employed by the Company; and ‘Day’s Pay’ means one-fifth of his weekly salary (or the pro-rata equivalent if the employee does not work 5 days per week).
