Accreted Dividends definition
Accreted Dividends means, as of any date of determination, with respect to each outstanding share of Preferred Stock, the aggregate amount of Dividends that have accrued and compounded pursuant to Section 4(a) and that have not been previously declared and paid in cash pursuant to Section 4(b) on such share.
Accreted Dividends means, as of any date of determination, with respect to each outstanding Share, the aggregate amount of dividends that have accrued pursuant to Section 3(a) and that have not been paid pursuant to Section 3(b) on such Share from the immediately preceding Dividend Payment Date to such date of determination.
Accreted Dividends means, as of any date of determination, with respect to each outstanding share of Series B Preferred Stock, the aggregate amount of Dividends that have been added to the Stated Value of such share pursuant to Section 3.1 and that have not subsequently been paid in cash pursuant to Section 3.2.
