Accreditor definition

Accreditor means any entity or organization, whether governmental or government-chartered, private or quasi-private, which engages in the granting or withholding of accreditation of post-secondary education institutions or of educational programs provided by such institutions in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.

  • The Authority will have the right to view any reports provided by the Accreditor to the Operator which relate to this Agreement.

  • In this instance the “Pan Government Accreditor” refers to the service provided by CESG, the National Technical Authority for Information Assurance, concerned with effective management of information risk associated with adoption of pan-government shared services If the Security Management Plan or any subsequent revision to it in accordance with Paragraph 3.4 below, is approved by the Authority and (if required by the Authority) approved by the Pan-Government Accreditor, it shall be adopted immediately.
