  • SPSS shall ensure that all AOL Sample provided hereunder to SPSS, including that which is passed along to and hosted by a Accredited Partner, shall not be used more than once by SPSS or such Accredited Partner for a specific project occurrence, unless specifically agreed to by AOL in writing.
