Accredited mediator definition
Accredited mediator means a mediator who in accordance with the procedures laid down in the rules and regulations has acquired mediation and accredited which gives the right to be included in the list of accredited mediators;
Accredited mediator means a person whose name is enlisted in the Committee’s register of accredited mediators;
Accredited mediator means and independent mediator accredited by the Complaints Commission for purposes of undertaking mediation under rule 4(1) of these Rules.
