Accredited high school. , as used in this Part, means any high school that has met all compliance rules and regulations as required by the State of Illinois.
Accredited high school means one or more educa- tional institutions that provide secondary instruction to students in grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 and that are designat- ed accredited, or are within an education system desig- nated accredited, by an accrediting agency recognized by the United States department of education, by the Kansas state board of education, or by an agency with standards equivalent to those of the United States department of education or the Kansas state board of education.
