Accredited Auditor definition
Accredited Auditor is an individual who has been trained and accredited as an auditor by ABAA (or the QAP Licensing Organization at ABAA's request) in connection with the QAP.

To the extent necessary for Purchaser to obtain any license, permit or satisfy any other governmental requirement (each, an “Approval”) to distribute Products in any new jurisdiction, Seller shall provide reasonable access (subject to its prior approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) to its relevant manufacturing facilities and relevant books and records to Purchaser or an Accredited Auditor in order to obtain any such Approvals.
